Of course, almost all Sri Vidya upasakas practice these mudras. But these mudras should be offered to Her in private and not in front of others.

Mudras subtly represent psychic chakras and there are certain points in our fingers that are connected to these chakras. By practicing these mudras, psychic centers are activated and balanced.

Existe il un texte vedique explicitant clairement les Mudras ? les mudras de la Vidéo sont ils en lien avec les vedas ou d'une tradition vedique ? Merci Is there a vedic text clearly explaining the Mudras? are the mudras of the video related to vedas or a vedic tradition? Thank you

Mudras traditionally belong to Tantric path. What is explained here in videos are the normal and standard mudras followed by Sri Vidya traditions.

These dasha mahamudras should only be practiced by those, who are already initiated into Sri Vidya and have learnt the Sri Chakra Puja/worship. I practice them regularly and there is absolutely nothing to fear from the mudras. They are shown during the Sri Chakra puja and offered as an obeisance to the Divine Mother.
