Meaning:- The mantra translates as “Oh Divine Mother Śrī Āsurī Durgā, The One who holds a very pungent bark of the Kaṭuka plant - genus Picrorhiza, You are very charming, white in complexion and dressed in red blood like clothes. You are the embodiment of the Atharva Rahasya and contain all it’s secrets. You are thus hailed as the daughter of the Atharvaṇa Veda. You are not terrific in appearance but have all the means and tools in setting right those who are not following the proper dharma/karmic laws. Please set right the persons/enemies who are inimical to us. Please ensure that their fate turns worse very quickly, if necessary, please burn their pride, ego, assets and bring forth misery to them. Burn their backs and all the support they receive from others. Let them experience torture in their sleep also and let their minds remain very disturbed. Let the spell take immediate effect and their hearts experience deep pain, burning like being cooked. Let them get barbecued as needed until they come in full control. Expel all the bad karmas and destroy them. Oblations to you, Oh Divine Mother.”
There are other variations to this mantra with a similar meaning and for getting people or a partner in control. The word ‘amukasya’ can be replaced by the name of a certain individual, entity or a group if needed. In general it is not needed and it will automatically apply to all the inimical forces threatening us.

I have not come across this yantra to the best of my knowledge. I have not practiced this mantra and have no further information. You may lookup on purnanandalahari.org to see if they have the corresponding yantra and vidhāna for practicing this mantra. Whatever we publish here is not to be practiced by yourself, but is only presented here for knowledge purposes. Any mantra should be practiced only after obtaining the same from a practicing guru. So my advice would be to find such a guru who is practicing this mantra and is well versed with all the associated procedures.
