Meaning:- Salutations to Śrī Dhūmra Vārāhi, who vanquishes all the hostile enemies, both internal and external, just the way a lion would pounce upon a cow’s neck or the way Śrī Hari (Lord Viṣṇu) severed the elephant head of Gajāsurā. She drinks the blood of enemies and feeds upon them, implying that She will drink away the enmity and hatred present in us and in our rivals and consumes the animosity and all difficulties facing us. She reins Her devotees consumed by hatred and wayward in their ways, through the divine rope that She weilds. Victory over all evil and enemies is accomplished with the whiplash/lasso/rope that She weilds.
