GUHYA ṢOḌAŚĪ
Guhya means secret and Guhya Ṣoḍaśī is one of the most secretive mantras and is not widely practiced. The following mantra appears in Mantramahodadhiḥ (taraṃga 12). There is no reference to this mantra in Mantramahārṇavaḥ. The Pañcadaśī mantra of Lopāmudra is used while formulating Guhya Ṣoḍaśī.
om hrīṁ om śrīṁ hrīṁ
sauḥ klīṁ aiṁ
ha sa ka la hrīṁ
ha sa ka ha la hrīṁ
sa ka la hrīṁ
om hrīṁ om śrīṁ hrīṁ
(The authenticity of this mantra is not verified with other sources, as no such source is available to me. This mantra is published as someone sought to know about this mantra, which has been published as a comment in the article Mahāṣoḍaśī Mantra.)
Variations of SHODASHI MANTRA is given in this posting.

I am not sure of this mantra itself. The doubt arises mainly because the first line is repeated as such in the last line. According to me the bīja-s of the last line should be in the reverse order of the first line, which is known as mantra sampuṭikaraṇa. I will try to get more details on this and if available, I will post them here.

There is a curse removal mantra for Tara. But I am not sure whether the mantra is cursed by Vasiṣṭha. Once I have the details, I will certainly post it here. All the ten Mahāvidyā (daśamahāvidyā)mantras are cursed and there are curse removal mantras too.

Sage Vaṣiṭha was worshipping Tārā Devi for a long time; but the mantra did not fructify for him. In a fit of rage, he cursed Tārā Devi and consequently her mantra also lost its power. After realising his mistake, Vaṣiṭha ordained that letter sa (स) be added to the existing bīja trīṁ (त्रीं). Therefore, the original mantra of Tārā Devi om hrīṁ trīṁ hūṁ phaṭ (ॐ ह्रीं त्रीं हूं फट्) became om hrīṁ strīṁ hūṁ phaṭ (ॐ ह्रीं स्त्रीं हूं फट्).

There is no separate curse removal mantra for Tārā mantra. If trīṁ is changed into strīṁ, then mantra is removed of curse. I have given the full mantra in the discussion forum.

Namasthe Raviji
Which is the Supreme shodashi mantra
Para shodashi or maha shodashi or guhya shodasi.
In Srividya kosha, Para shodashi is listed in urdhwamnaya. Whereas mahashodashi and even panchdashi are listed in anuttaramnaya.
Guhya shodashi is listed nowhere.
Can you please guide me
Regards
Madhav

Our aim is to reach HER feet so that She can take us Shiva for liberation. All mantras are the same. As far as your question is concerned, opinion differs on this. You can read this link for further clarifications. Since, Mahashodashi comes under Anuttarāmnāya, it is considered as Supreme.

This is one version of it. There may be others that we are not aware. Also please note that these mantras are ineffective without a proper initiation and japa vidhi.

The japa vidhi is not available with us and we do not have the dhyāna ślokas either. As per some accounts, only a very few privileged individuals have this mantra in their possession, and we are not amongst them.
