Siddhalakṣmīstotram (सिद्धलक्ष्मीस्तोत्रम्)
Prologue:- Siddhalakṣmī is a very fierce and wrathful aspect of the Divine Mother holding various weapons intended to destroy all evil and remove karmic afflictions, to help us attain material and spiritual progress. She is also referred to as Mūla Pratyaṅgirā, and worshipped in the Śrī kulā tradition as Pratyaṅgirā Devi and as Siddhalakṣmī in the Kālī kulā/tradition. She is an ugra devata (very fierce deity) and initiation is required for Her mantras. This hymn is for removing all types of miseries and bestowing prosperity and wealth, including the birth of children, removal of malignant diseases and for general development, peace of mind and happiness. All sins and bad karmas will vanish in due course of time, if one recites with sincere and utmost devotion.

We meditate upon on the youthful and vivacious Divine Mother Śrī Siddhalakṣmī Devī, Who has four faces representing the first four Mātṛkā Devīs (Brāhmī, Māheśvarī, Kaumārī and Vaiṣṇavī), and six arms. She has three eyes indicating the activation of the third eye (ājñā cakra) and She also holds a sword for slashing the ego, and a trident representing all the triads. She also holds a lotus, indicating expansion of consciousness, a cakra (discus) indicating the activation of all the body cakras, and a mace to pound all karmas.

She is dressed in all yellow attire and is bedecked with all types of precious ornaments adorning Her entire body emitting brilliant rays. She bestows unlimited wealth, spiritual and material, ushers in auspiciousness and peace, transforms our lives and bestows great accomplishments, fame and abundance.
stotram (स्तोत्रम्) :-
om̐kāraṃ lakṣmī-rūpaṃ tu viṣṇuṃ hṛdayam-avyayam ।
viṣṇum-ānandam-avyaktaṃ hrīm̐kāraṃ bīja-rūpiṇīm ॥ 1 ॥
The bīja (seed) mantra om̐, representing the Śabda Brahman (Super consciousness) manifested as sound, indicating auspiciousness, is a manifestation of the Divine Mother Lakṣmī Herself, Who is the dynamic Super consciousness. She devolves into various bīja-s and Mātṛkā-s and various other deities and associated bīja-s, mantras, yantras etc. The Divine Mother Lakṣmī is the very embodiment of the imperishable heart of Lord Viṣṇu, Who is the static Super consciousness from whom She emerges.
The bīja (seed) mantra hrīm̐, which is the Mahāmāyā bīja, is the power of the cosmic illusion and represents all triads. It is the cause of Creation, Preservation and Destruction. The Divine Mother Lakṣmī is the embodiment of the unfathomable bliss of Lord Viṣṇu. She alone can take us to Him.
klīṃ amṛtānandinīṃ bhadrāṃ sadāty-ānanda-dāyinīm ।
śrīṃ daitya-śamanīṃ śakti mālinīṃ śatru-marddinīm ॥ 2 ॥
The Kāma bīja (seed) mantra klīm̐ generates the divine nectar (cerebral fluid) causing immense joy and happiness. It ultimately fulfills all the spiritual desires to attain self-realization. The Lakṣmī bīja (seed) mantra śrīm̐ destroys all ills, fears and dangers and surrounds us with immense protection and bestows victory over all enemies and heralds their annihilation.
tejaḥ-prakāśinīṃ devīṃ varadāṃ śubha-kāriṇīm ।
brāhmī ca vaiṣṇavīṃ raudrīṃ kālikā-rūpa-śobhinīm ॥ 3 ॥
She is resplendent with light and ready to bestow boons and usher in immense auspiciousness. She is the Divine Mother Parāśakti and has the power of all Her aspects Brāhmī - the power of Creation, Vaiṣṇavī - the power of Sustenance and Preservation and Raudrī - the power of Destruction and Transformation. She represents all triads and radiates in the form of the Divine Mother Kālikā and all Her aspects.
akāre lakṣmī-rūpaṃ tu ukāre viṣṇum-avyayam ।
makāraḥ puruṣo'vyakto devī-praṇava ucyate ॥ 4 ॥
The letter ‘a’ (अ), which is the first alphabet and vowel of the Sanskrit language, is embodied in the form of the Divine Mother Lakṣmī.
The letter ‘u’ (उ), is the embodiment of the Static Super consciousness Viṣṇu. The letter ‘m’ (म), is the unfathomable pure bliss or Brahman, Who is a combination of both the Static and Dynamic Super consciousness, Viṣṇu and Lakṣmī, also called Śiva and Śakti. The Devī Praṇava, meaning Her root syllable and sound is therefore the combination of these three letters ‘a’ + ‘u’ + ‘m’, forming ‘Aum’ or ‘om̐’ (ॐ)– the Śabda Brahman meaning the primordial sound manifested by the Dynamic Super consciousness Lakṣmī.
In the context of this stotram, we can call the Śabda Brahman Itself as the Devī Praṇava. The Śakta/Śakti Praṇava is the bīja syllable īm̐ (ईँ). We may also interpret this verse/śloka to be combining both the Praṇava-s om̐ and īm̐ - Viṣṇu and Lakṣmī and bestowing auspiciousness.

The Divine Mother Lakṣmī as ‘om̐’, vibrates in all the frequencies of light and subtle energies, equated as the disc of the sun as well as the light of the moon multiplied by a billion times. Amongst the countless galaxies of the manifested multi-dimensional multi-verse is the omnipresence of Brahman, which is the hidden treasure of true bliss, which is not very obvious to our five senses. She exists as pure consciousness in a subtle and indiscernible form.
om̐kāraṃ paramānandaṃ sadaiva sukha-sundarīṃ ।

The primordial sound ‘om̐’ – the Śabda Brahman represents the eternal true bliss that can only be experienced and cannot be described. It is none other than the Divine Mother Lakṣmī manifested as the all manifesting Siddhalakṣmi, pure bliss manifesting Mokṣalakṣmi and the primordial super consciousness Ādyalakṣmi, for the well-being and sustenance of the entire Creation. Salutations to the Divine Mother Lakṣmī.

Obeisance to Śakti the One who heralds auspiciousness in all aspects, the consort of Śiva and the cause for the accomplishments of all tasks. May the protection of the triads (Creation, Preservation, Destruction, all three guṇas, etc.) manifesting Gaurī, Who is pure energy and the blissful Nārāyaṇi, remain with us at all times!
The Divine Mother Śakti has manifested Herself as many aspects to manage the manifested Creation.
Her first form is the triad manifesting Gaurī, Who is the cause for Creation, Preservation and Destruction of the entire Creation. The second form is Vaiṣṇavī, the power/śakti of the omniscient Lord Viṣṇu. She is the One who makes Him omniscient.

The third form is the pure consciousness signifying Kamalā and the forth is the astounding and mesmerizing Sundarī. The fifth form is the wealth bestowing Lakṣmi, Who is the power/śakti of Lord Viṣṇu. The sixth form is Kātyāyanī, the remover of stubborn karmas.

The Divine Mother Vārāhī Devī, the One who digs deep into the karmas and eradicates them, is the seventh form and the eight form is that of the consort of Lord Hari/Viṣṇu called Hari-vallabhā, the peace-bestower. The ninth form is the ego slashing Khaḍginī and the tenth is the faithful Devakī.

The eleventh form is the karma-destroying and spiritual-and-material wealth-bestowing Siddhalakṣmī. The twelfth form is the wisdom bestowing Haṃsa-vāhinī.
One who recites this divine and powerful stotram/hymn on a regular basis with utmost faith, will certainly accrue many benefits from it.

Hi sir. I have been reading articles on this website for a long time. I am not worried about liberation and I am only looking for some mantra which bestows the person with unlimited materialistic benefits/luxuries of life. I would like to ask you if one recites this 'Siddha Lakshmi Stotram' along with 'Sri Siddhi/Siddha Lakshmi Mantra' with utmost devotion, would that be enough to get quicker results? Or do one need to recite any other mantras/stotras?

Śrī Siddha Lakṣmī is a repository of spiritual wealth. We will publish Dhanada Stotram and Kavacam that would help with material wealth alone. She is very quick with monetary benefits.

Dear Swamiji, I would like to clarify a doubt regarding this wonderful stotram. I found another version of Siddhilakshmi stotram from the website below, which also claims to have been derived from Brahmanda Purana. I doubt this version given in the other website and I would like to know whether both these versions are authentic or not. If yes, I have a few confusions regarding this stotra. Hope you would help me clarify my doubt. I will provide the link and also copy-paste the text here. shrI gaNeshAya namaH | OM asya shrIsiddhilakShmIstotrasya hiraNyagarbha R^iShiH\, anuShTup ChandaH\, siddhilakShmIrdevatA\, mama samasta duHkhakleshapIDAdAridryavinAshArthaM sarvalakShmIprasannakaraNArthaM mahAkAlImahAlakShmImahAsarasvatIdevatAprItyarthaM cha siddhilakShmIstotrajape viniyogaH | OM siddhilakShmI a~NguShThAbhyAM namaH | OM hrIM viShNuhR^idaye tarjanIbhyAM namaH | OM klIM amR^itAnande madhyamAbhyAM namaH | OM shrIM daityamAlinI anAmikAbhyAM namaH | OM taM tejaHprakAshinI kaniShThikAbhyAM namaH | OM hrIM klIM shrIM brAhmI vaiShNavI mAheshvarI karatalakarapR^iShThAbhyAM namaH | evaM hR^idayAdinyAsaH | OM siddhilakShmI hR^idayAya namaH | OM hrIM vaiShNavI shirase svAhA | OM klIM amR^itAnande shikhAyai vauShaT | OM shrIM daityamAlinI kavachAya hum | OM taM tejaHprakAshinI netradvayAya vauShaT | OM hrIM klIM shrIM brAhmIM vaiShNavIM phaT || atha dhyAnam || brAhmIM cha vaiShNavIM bhadrAM ShaDbhujAM cha chaturmukhAm | trinetrAM cha trishUlAM cha padmachakragadAdharAm || 1|| pItAmbaradharAM devIM nAnAla~NkArabhUShitAm | tejaHpu~njadharAM shreShThAM dhyAyedbAlakumArikAm || 2|| OMkAralakShmIrUpeNa viShNorhR^idayamavyayam | viShNumAnandamadhyasthaM hrI.nkArabIjarUpiNI || 3|| OM klIM amR^itAnandabhadre sadya AnandadAyinI | OM shrIM daityabhakSharadAM shaktimAlinI shatrumardinI || 4|| tejaHprakAshinI devI varadA shubhakAriNI | brAhmI cha vaiShNavI bhadrA kAlikA raktashAmbhavI || 5|| AkArabrahmarUpeNa OMkAraM viShNumavyayam | siddhilakShmi parAlakShmi lakShyalakShmi namo.astute || 6|| sUryakoTipratIkAshaM chandrakoTisamaprabham | tanmadhye nikare sUkShmaM brahmarUpavyavasthitam || 7|| OMkAraparamAnandaM kriyate sukhasampadA | sarvama~NgalamA~Ngalye shive sarvArthasAdhike || 8|| prathame tryambakA gaurI dvitIye vaiShNavI tathA | tR^itIye kamalA proktA chaturthe surasundarI || 9|| pa~nchame viShNupatnI cha ShaShThe cha vaieShNavI tathA | saptame cha varArohA aShTame varadAyinI || 10|| navame khaDgatrishUlA dashame devadevatA | ekAdashe siddhilakShmIrdvAdashe lalitAtmikA || 11|| etatstotraM paThantastvAM stuvanti bhuvi mAnavAH | sarvopadravamuktAste nAtra kAryA vichAraNA || 12|| ekamAsaM dvimAsaM vA trimAsaM cha chaturthakam | pa~nchamAsaM cha ShaNmAsaM trikAlaM yaH paThennaraH || 13|| brAhmaNAH kleshato duHkhadaridrA bhayapIDitAH | janmAntarasahasreShu muchyante sarvakleshataH || 14|| alakShmIrlabhate lakShmImaputraH putramuttamam | dhanyaM yashasyamAyuShyaM vahnichaurabhayeShu cha || 15|| shAkinIbhUtavetAlasarvavyAdhinipAtake | rAjadvAre mahAghore sa~NgrAme ripusa~NkaTe || 16|| sabhAsthAne shmashAne cha kArAgehAribandhane | asheShabhayasamprAptau siddhilakShmIM japennaraH || 17|| IshvareNa kR^itaM stotraM prANinAM hitakAraNam | stuvanti brAhmaNA nityaM dAridryaM na cha vardhate || 18|| yA shrIH padmavane kadambashikhare rAjagR^ihe ku~njare shvete chAshvayute vR^iShe cha yugale yaj~ne cha yUpasthite | sha~Nkhe devakule narendrabhavanee ga~NgAtaTe gokule sA shrIstiShThatu sarvadA mama gR^ihe bhUyAtsadA nishchalA || 19|| || iti shrIbrahmANDapurANe IshvaraviShNusaMvAde dAridryanAshanaM siddhilakShmIstotraM sampUrNam ||
