Śrī Bhadra Kālī Caturdaśākṣara Mahāmantraḥ (श्री भद्रकाली चतुर्दशाक्षर महामन्त्रः)
Source - Mantra Maharṇava and Daśamahāvidyā tantram.
Purpose - To attain power of speech, all wordly achievements, wealth, status etc. as well as self-realization and liberation.
Special Note - No mantra suitability check is required. Also, no strenuous puraścaraṇa with concentrated mind is required. The Divine Mother is easy to please and grants all magical powers to the sincere devotees. It is however, very important to recite the additional nyāsās on a daily basis, which by itself could take 30 to 45 minutes. It is suggested that one should dedicate at least 2 hours of their time towards the mantra japa, in order to complete the 100,000 mantra japa in the prescribed manner.
1. viniyogaḥ (विनियोगः) :-
om̐ asya kālī mantrasya ।
bhairava ṛṣiḥ ।
uṣṇik chandaḥ ।
kālī devatā ।
hrīm̐ bījaṃ ।
hūm̐ śaktiḥ ।
krīm̐ kīlakaṃ ।
mamābhīṣṭa siddhaye puruṣārtha catuṣṭaya siddhaye jape viniyogaḥ ॥
ॐ अस्य काली मन्त्रस्य ।
भैरव ऋषिः ।
उष्णिक् छन्दः ।
काली देवता ।
ह्रीँ बीजं ।
हूँ शक्तिः ।
क्रीँ कीलकं ।
ममाभीष्ट सिद्धये पुरुषार्थ चतुष्टय सिद्धये जपे विनियोगः ॥
Meaning:- This prayer/mantra japa is to invoke Śrī Dakṣiṇakālī and perform Her mantra japa to obtain Her complete grace in all aspects, and to obtain the four puruṣārthas: dharma (justice, law), artha (wealth), kāma (desires) and mokṣa (liberation). The sage (ṛṣiḥ) is Bhairava, the meter (chandas) for the mantra is Uṣṇik and the deity is Śrī Kāli, the seed (bījaṃ) is hrīm̐, the power or śakti is hūm̐. The key (kīlaka) to unlock the mantra is krīm̐.

Touch the navel area with the right ring finger and thumb joined together. |

Open both the palms; run the opened palms of the right hand on the front and back sides of the left palm and repeat the same for the other palm. |

Open up the left palm and strike it three times with index and middle fingers of the right hand. |

7. dhyānaṃ (ध्यानं) :-
kṣat-kṣāmā koṭarākṣī masi-malina-mukhī mukta-keśī rudantī nāhaṃ tṛptā vadantī jagad-akhilabhidaṃ grāsamekaṃ karomi ।
hastābhyāṃ dhārayantī jvalad-anala-śikhā-sannibhaṃ pāśam-ugraṃ dantair-jambū-phalābhaiḥ parihastu bhayaṃ pātu māṃ bhadrakālī ॥
क्षत्क्षामा कोटराक्षी मसिमलिनमुखी मुक्तकेशी रुदन्ती नाहं तृप्ता वदन्ती जगदखिलभिदं ग्रासमेकं करोमि ।
हस्ताभ्यां धारयन्ती ज्वलदनलशिखासन्निभं पाशमुग्रं दन्तैर्जम्बूफलाभैः परिहस्तु भयं पातु मां भद्रकाली ॥
Meaning :- Salutations to the Divine Mother Bhadra Kālī, who is smeared with ashes all over Her body, has sunken eyes and is very dark in appearance with loose hair locks, terrifying voice with shrieking sounds, binding power that She unleashes and is satiated by the destruction She reins in. She is the universal mother and represents the Whole of Creation. She consumes everything that She creates and is also the Preserver. She displays the abhaya mudra to allay the fears of all devotees. She is present on the top of the crematory fire. She is formidable in appearance and size and wields a noose to rein in all lost souls. She holds a rose apple in Her teeth. She wears an amulet round Her hand, representing security to all Her devotees. She is prayed, to rein in all types of enemies and remove their influences upon us.

सँ - सर्वात्मिकायै सर्वोपचार पूजाम् समर्पयामि

Hold the fingers of each palm in a folded manner with the tips of each fingers of both hands touching each other and the thumbs facing the heart, in a Namaste position. |
9. Japamālā mantraṃ (जपमाला मन्त्रं) :-
Recite the below mantra once, to pray to the japa māla and invoke the blessings for a fruitful japa.
om̐ māṃ māle mahāmāye sarvamantra svarūpiṇi ।
caturvarga stvayinyasta stasmānye siddhidā bhava ॥
ॐ मां माले महामाये सर्वमन्त्र स्वरूपिणि ।
चतुर्वर्ग स्त्वयिन्यस्त स्तस्मान्ये सिद्धिदा भव॥
10. Guru Mantra (गुरु मन्त्र) :- Recite the following guru mantra once, to seek the blessings of all gurus and the Guru.
om̐ hrīm̐ siddhaguro prasīda hrīm̐ om̐
ॐ ह्रीं सिद्धगुरो प्रसीद ह्रीं ॐ ।
11. Utkīlana mantra (उत्कीलन मन्त्र) :-
Recie the following impurities removing and cleansing mantra ten times -
bhaim̐ haum̐ kāli mahākāli kili kili phaṭ svāhā krīm̐ krīm̐ krīm̐
भैँ हौँ कालि महाकालि किलि किलि फट् स्वाहा क्रीँ क्रीँ क्रीँ
12. Sañjīvana mantra (सञ्जीवन मन्त्र) :- Recite the following life-infusing mantra ten times –
om̐ hrīm̐ haum̐ kāli mahākāli kili kili phaṭ svāhā om̐ hrīm̐
ॐ ह्रीँ हौँ कालि महाकालि किलि किलि फट् स्वाहा ॐ ह्रीँ
13. Śāpavimocana mantra (शापविमोचन मन्त्र) :- Recite the following curse removing mantra ten times –
krīm̐ bhaim̐ hūm̐ bhadrakāli baim̐ śivasya śāpaṃ mocaya mocaya
क्रीँ भैँ हूँ भद्रकालि बैँ शिवस्य शापं मोचय मोचय
14. Atha Śrī Bhadra Kālī Caturdaśākṣara Mahāmantraḥ (अथ श्री भद्रकाली चतुर्दशाक्षर महामन्त्रः)
Different variations of the 14 lettered mantra exist. Either of these can be practised. As per the chosen mantra, the above cleansing, life-infusing and curse removal mantras should be deployed accordingly. For the above, the first listed mantra has been chosen.

Meaning:-
The Śiva bīja (seed mantra) haum̐, brings great destruction of all enemies, external and internal as well as transformation in one’s perception of reality.
Kili kili is a joyous laughter. In this context, She is overjoyed to relieve us of all enemies.
phaṭ is the astra (weapon) bīja, to deploy all weapons at Her disposal, to relieve us of our difficulties.
Svāhā is the oblation bīja, to accept all our offerings, especially our fears and worries and relieve us from all difficulties.

18. Samarpaṇam (समर्पणम्) :- Take water in uttaraṇi (spoon) and by reciting the following śloka, offer the water to the earth.
guhyātiguhyagoptrī tvaṁ gṛhāṇāsmat-kṛtaṁ japam।
siddhirbhavatu me devi tvatprasādānmayi sthirā ॥
गुह्यातिगुह्यगोप्त्री त्वं गृहाणास्मात्कृतं जपम्।
सिद्धिर्भवतु मे देवि त्वत्प्रसादान्मयि स्तिरा॥
19.japānaṃtaraṃ mālāmantraṃ (जपानंतरं मालामन्त्रं) :-
Recite the below śloka and mantra, followed by placing the māla upon the top of the head and then place it back in the māla bag and conceal it. It should NOT be worn.
śloka॥ om̐ tvaṃ māle sarvadevānāṃ prītidā śubhadā bhava।
śubhaṃ kuruṣya me bhadre yaśo vīryaṃ ca dehime॥
श्लोक॥ ॐ त्वं माले सर्वदेवानां प्रीतिदा शुभदा भव।
शुभं कुरुष्य मे भद्रे यशो वीर्यं च देहिमे॥
mantra॥ om̐ hrīm̐ siddhyai namaḥ॥

The last mantra is correct one and there is no need of shapavimochana for this mantra and the beej should be kreem in rishyadi nyasha. Thank you sir for this beautiful article.

In this mantra whether its beej mantra haum or hraum as per mantra shastras??or whether it differs according different mantra shastras.
