Śrī Nīla Sarasvatī Kullukā Caturakṣara Mahāmantraḥ
(श्री नीलसरस्वतीतारा कुल्लुका चतुरक्षर महामन्त्रः)
Source :- Nīla tantram.
Purpose :- To obtain immense protection, removal of all types of misery, obtain favors from higher authorities, victory in all competitions, gambling, wealth, status etc. as well as self-realization and liberation.
Special Note :- No mantra suitability check is required. Also, no strenuous puraścaraṇa with concentrated mind is required. The Divine Mother is easy to please and grants all magical powers to the sincere devotees. It is however, very important to recite the additional nyāsās on a daily basis, which by itself could take 30 to 45 minutes. It is suggested that one should dedicate at least 2 hours of their time towards the mantra japa, in order to complete the 400,000 mantra japa in the prescribed manner.
It is to be noted that the mantra is derived from that of Śrī Ugratārā and is essentially the same mantra without the ending ‘phaṭ’.

Meaning :- We meditate upon the Divine Mother Nīlasarasvatī, who is voluptuous in appearance, clad in tiger skin, bearing large hips and waist, heavy breasted with eyes appearing blood red in color. She adorns a bandanna of white bones around Her forehead tied to a garland of five skulls, as well as red serpents coiled around Her ears. She is four armed and wears a garland of flesh and bones on Her neck and body and has Her hair knotted up in a uniform single plaid, appearing like thread wound on an axle, supporting pungent acid within the hair locks. In Her upper right arm, She holds a sword and lets out a shrieking noise and in Her lower right arm, holds a plant stalk and a pair of scissors. On Her upper left arm shining with bright red blood vessels, She adorn a blue lotus and in the lower left arm, a skull. She is dark bluish in complexion, three-eyed and seated atop a corpse. She has a great eminence about Her and is verily the primordial Divine Mother Śakti Herself!
Her heavy breast signify that She is the cause of the entire Creation and is the Sustainer as well! The tiger skin signifies Her quick and ferocious action. Her red eyes signify Her passion for Creation and an activated third-eye ājñā cakra. The bandanna of bones and the five skulls represent the five natural elements of Creation – pañcabhūtā-s (air, water, ether, fire and earth). The coiled serpents represent nāḍī-s or nerve centers associated with major and minor cakras. The pair of scissors signify tearing into the fabric of the cosmic illusion – Mahāmāyā. The poison stored in the hair locks, represent Her ability to consume all the negativity around us, including our bad karma and release us from all debts, bonds, enmities, difficulties and worries. The blue lotus signifies an evolved and blooming consciousness. The plant stalk represents Her role as the Creator of the living and non-living. The skull signifies an empty mind devoid of ego and attachments. Her sitting posture on a corpse represents the emergence of dynamic super-consciousness from the static super-consciousness. Her dark bluish complexion is compared to the vastness of the dark space itself, indicating that She is omniscient and omnipresent.
This meditation of Nīla-sarasvatī is said to grant the power to manifest whatever we speak - vāk-siddhi.
