Śrī Śyāmalā Aṣṭottara Śatanāmāvali (श्री श्यामला अष्टोत्तरशतनामावलि) Variation 1.
Dedication: This post is dedicated to Shri Lorran, whose insight into Śrī Śyāmalā Devi and all Daśamahāvidyās has inspired me to translate the Śrī Śyāmalā stotras. I hope to do the same to the other Vidyās also in due course of time. If not for his input, I would not have noticed this stotram and the other varation of it.
Source: Śrī Rāja Śyāmalā Tantram.
Prologue: The Aṣṭottara Śatanāmāvali (108 attributes) of Śrī Śyāmalā Devi is a brief enumeration of all Her qualities as the Supreme Mother. She is none other than Śrī Lalitā Herself in the mode of representing the intelligence behind the entire Creation and ensuring its continuity through the laws of karma, life, death and rebirth etc. She is the master of the entire Creation and all are answerable to Her. She remains unchanged and yet She is the very essence and content of all sentient beings and the insentient matter, energy and consciousness. She is verily the Parabrahman!
This Aṣṭottara Śatanāmāvali has some variations to the stotram due to differences between various sources. The exact source of this stotram is unknown and the stotram itself is very obscure and kept secretive by the upāsakas. There is also another variation of this stotram, which will also be published very soon.

Namaste. Thank you very much for blessing devotees with this divine ashtottara naamavali with meanings. The translation for #108 (om̐ aim̐ hrīm̐ śrīm̐ jagat-pratyakṣa-sākṣiṇyai namaḥ ।) says she is the “sole witness to creation”. Is that accurate to say when she has parted from Siva and “tirodaanakareeshwari” in the end? In other words, isn’t Siva also a witness? This may be very subtle, but just for contemplation. Respectful pranams Anil

If we look at the Divine Mother from the Śākta Advaitic perspective, then She is Parāśakti - the manifested Parabrahman who creates the Śabda Brahman, as well as the Saguṇa and Nirguṇa Brahmans. At the Saguṇa level, we have Śiva and Śakti (not to be confused with Paramaśiva and Parāśakti) who represent the dualities and bear witness to the Creation, Preservation and Destruction (governed by the trinities of Brahma, Viṣṇu and Rudra). At the dualistic level, what you have described is true. Thank you for the additional input to help aid the understanding of these attributes!
