Initiation is suggested. The benefits of this mantra cannot be compared with the Āditya hṛdayam stotram.

For example, what is the best read for health, vision improvement, clear mind mantra, or stotram? What is better to read in the morning?

You may recite śrī mahāgaṇapati mantra, if you are initiated into it. Navagraha stotram can also be recited for general karma healing and mitigate some planetary effects. But if you have the Sun afflicted in your birth chart, I would strongly suggest reciting this mantra to the fullest extent possible.

(1) Can this mantra which I have posted in my query, has the same viniyog, karanyas, anganyas, dhyana etc? (2) Can you suggest where I can find the japa vidhi for all nava graha mantra that runs in the similar way.

This mantra is valid, but the Viniyoga etc. might be different. I don't remember finding that information for this mantra or the other nava grahas with similar mantras.

Good afternoon Surya Gayatri mantra should be recited 10 times less than Navakshari? If you read the Navakshari mantra 2000 times at a time, then the Gayatri mantra should be recited 200 times (2X108)?

Even if you recite it a few times, it is okay. Performing a 10th count of the main mantra is definitely a good thing!

You may lookup our initiations page and find a suitable guru. You may approach other guru mandalas and request the same as well. Choose one guru and follow the mantra. There is no requirement to get an initiation for the same mantra from several gurus. Instead following the complete process of yantra worship, mantra japa, kavaca, stotra recitation on a daily basis over a long period of time may yield some meaningful results.

You can try the Aksharamukha online tool to convert from Sanskrit Devanāgari to Tamil. It should be fully understood that any mantra or stotram taken from any type of publication, can only be used as a reference and is in no way a substitute for a guru. Please find a suitable guru who can guide you with the mantra japa and the associated Yantra Āvaraṇa pūja.
