The mantra is correct and She is mentioned in the word "cakṣus-tiraskaraṇaṃ". The prayer invokes the virtual reality manifesting Divine Mother Mahāmāya and then Tiraskaraṇi Vārāhi Devi, to remove the smokescreen and expose all our enemies, internal and external and drive them away.

Everyone says before starting to meditate on Varahi mantra get it from Guru /priest from Varahi temple. What does this mean? What is the procedure exactly? Which Varahi mantra should I chant to remove black magic done on my family? Can anyone help me?

You may recite Vārāhī gāyatri mantra for a few weeks and see if feel any better. It is suggested to get initiation from a guru as śrī vārāhī devi mantra come later in the śrī vidya tradition. She is also known as Bagalāmukhi in the Daśamahāvidya tradition and Her seed mantra is the ultimate Brahmāstra weapon. Reciting the Gāyatri mantra for over a month may also help in creating auspiciousness around us and that itself can mitigate most problems. You may also consider reciting the Vārāhī kavacam and Her 108 names to obtain Her blessings. The last resort can be the recitation of Her mantras.

It is always best to seek the blessings of a guru, especially when it comes to ugra (aggressive) deities such as śrī vārāhī devi. If such a guru is not accessible, you may take the blessings of a priest and go about reciting the mantras. Night time is considered best for Her. The temples may not be open during the night time, so you may visit at your convenience.
